2/3 cupcarrots
2garlic cloves
4 canslow fat chicken broth
1 1/2 cupchopped cabbage
6 ozcan tomato paste
1 cupzucchini, or two small zucchini chopped
1/2 cupgreen beans
1 lbturkey
1onion, diced
1/2 teaspoonoregano

Steps

Put broth in Kettle with vegetables, then bring to a boil. Add tomato paste and cook until vegetables are done. Then add the turkey.

Can seasoned with garlic, oregano, and black peppers.
