Ingredients

2 cupsfresh basil
2 tablespoonspine nuts or walnuts
2large garlic cloves
1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/2 cupfresh grated Parmesan cheese

Add basil, nuts, cloves to food processor and mince. Slowly add virgin oil. When thoroughly mixed, add parmesan cheese.

Spoon into jars and either refrigerate or freeze.
