Ingredients

  1. 4 cupchopped palak
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 5-8cloves
  4. as per tasteBlack pepper
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tbspbutter or oil
  7. 1/2 tbsproasted oats powder
  8. 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan and saute chopped spinach, onion, black pepper and garlic cloves till little soft......

  2. 2

    Let it cool for some time and add oats powder and milk.....

  3. 3

    Grind it in to a smooth mixture

  4. 4

    Give it a boil, adjust salt as per taste and spinach soup is ready
