Ingredients

4 cupchopped palak
2onion chopped
5-8cloves
as per tasteBlack pepper
as per tasteSalt
1 tbspbutter or oil
1/2 tbsproasted oats powder
1 cupmilk

Steps

Heat oil in pan and saute chopped spinach, onion, black pepper and garlic cloves till little soft......

Let it cool for some time and add oats powder and milk.....

Grind it in to a smooth mixture
4

Give it a boil, adjust salt as per taste and spinach soup is ready
