Steps

Make a soft dough of wheat atta with little salt and oil and set aside

Grate the Muli add little salt. Drain out the water from Muli through muslin cloth.

Add above Muli coriander chillies mirchi powder and cumin powder little salt if needed.

Take a ball of atta and put the above mixture in centre and cover with atta
- 5
Flat with your hands and roll out paratha very gently
- 6
Put it on hot tava and cook from both sides. Apply ghee
- 7
Serve with curd and Pickles
