Ingredients

  • 3zucchini
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupsugar (100 grams)
  • 1 3/4 cupsall-purpose flour (220 grams)
  • 1 pinchbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the zucchini into pieces and blanch them.

  2. 2

    Let them cool slightly, then blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Mix the zucchini, sugar, egg, flour, and baking powder to make a batter.

  4. 4

    Heat some oil and fry spoonfuls of the batter until golden.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with sugar.

  6. 6

    They are delicious.
