  • Small ham, diced
  • 4diced carrots
  • 1medium onion, diced
  • 1 stalkcelery, diced
  • 2 tspthyme
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppeppercorn
  • 8 cupswater

    Prepare all ingredients and add to your slow cooker. Turn it on for 6 hours or until the yellow peas are tender.
