Finely chop onions, carrots, celery and garlic. Heat up olive oil in pan, add ingredients and season. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently and ensuring the veg is really soft. Add the Italian seasoning

Add sun dried tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Add tinned tomatoes, red wine, 400ml chicken stock and stir well.

Add the quorn mince and stir. Add the Worcestershire sauce. Put lid on pan, and cook for 30-40 mins on a low heat (the longer the better)

Make up pasta and serve
