Heat some olive oil in pan

Add 2tbs finely chopped yellow onion, 1 garlic clove,minced

Add 2c long grain rice. Brown the rice, stirring constantly, until the rice is lightly browned

Add 1/2c tomato sauce

Add 3-1/2c chicken broth

Bring rice to a boil, cover and reduce heat. simmer for 20 minutes

fluff with a fork, serve and enjoy :-)
