Bang Bang Shrimp (tastes just like Bonefish)

Combine all ingredients for sauce. Cover and place in refridgerator

Combine egg mixture. Set aside

Combine breading mixture in a shallow bowl. Set aside

Bread shrimp by first coating them in the breading mixture. Dip breaded shrimp into the egg and milk mixture, then back into the breading

Arrange coated shrimp on a plate and let them sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This helps breading stick when frying

Heat oil in fryer to 350°F. Use as much oil needed for your fryer OR if you're using a pan, use enough oil to cover shrimp.

When oil is hot, fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain paper towels

When all of the shrimp is cooked, place in a medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup sauce and stir gently. Remaining sauce can be added to shrimp or served on the side for extra dipping.
