1cat fish head
1 teaspoonblack pepper
Salt
2 teaspoonpepper spice
1knorr cube
1/2 teaspoonehuru seed

Wash the fish very well and boil place on the heat.

Add salt,black pepper,knorr cube,peppersoup spice,blended ehuru seed and boil.

Boil for 10minutes.and the fish is done
