Steps

Boil the cocoyam for 30minutes,peel and pound very well.add a teaspoon of red oil and pound for 1 more minute.

Boil the meat with maggi cubes,salt for 35minutes.

Add more water to the boiled meat and red oil tgen boil for 5minutes.

Make small balls of the cocoyam and add to the boiling meat.

Leave it to boil very well the soup will thicken a bit.add the wrap of ogiri,salt,crayfish,fresh pepper.

After 7 minutes.rinse the bitterleaf and add boil for 2minutes the tasty bitterleaf soup is good to go.
