You name it and it has...No one in world would b clubbing such healthy veggies and soo many veggies to make 1 Super Duper Healthy Soup... I bet😀

Steps

Club all seasonal veggies which r high in nutrients... The maximum veggies... The maximum healthy.

Wash all the veggies and gradually cut all into small pieces.

Boil 2 liters of water in a deep pan and bring it to boil on slow flame.

Add all the veggies and let it cook for 20/25 minutes max.

As all s veggies r finely chopped so no need to cook more as little crunchy veggies vl hv better taste.

Add salt and black pepper as according to your taste. Remember ginger... Red peprika and green chilies r already added so black pepper sud b used accordingly.

My Veg Mad House Soup doesn't need any more ingredients to make it tasty as i always prefer this to be more natural in taste as each veg has it's unique flavor so if any corn powder ya sauce ya any other ingredient added to make soup thick ya tasty the veggies vl loose it's flavor which while drinking in each spoon we can taste.

Hv added red and yellow bell peppers and carrots after cooking it separately as remembered dat it's missing... So went to market and bought it.

Hv separately cooked and added in the main veggies soup pan and have added brocoli and red peperika which i store all yr around.

Veg Mad House Soup is ready to serve. Add few drops of lemon while consuming as lemons are full of vitamin C and anti oxodiants.... Luk @ the colour of veggies and my soup too
