Drumstick and tomato ko achhe se wash karein phir kate. Ginger and mint ko bhi wash karein.

Ab cooker me dal de. Phir 1 cup pani dal ke 2 se 3 whistle me pakaye.

Jab pak jaye to gas off karein.

Ab ek chammach se hilaye. Phir chalani me dal ke chhan le.

Ab ek kadhai me dal ke garam karein jarurat ke hisab se pani dale. Phir uper bataye sabhi ingredients dal ke thoda ubale. Phir garama garam serve karein.
