Ande ka Halwa (Egg Halwa)

Put the pan on flame heat the ghee and add 1 cardamom then put the gram flour and cook for 2min until the colour changed

On the other side mix egg and sugar and beat untill sugar meted in egg

If gram Flour 's colours changed add the milk and cook untill this mixture separate the ghee for 20 minutes in low to medium flame

If ghee seperats then off the flame and wait for 15min while gram flour is cooled then add the eggs and sugar's mixture and slowly slowly add the mixture and don't light the stove

When all mixture is added then heat is again low to medium and mix it when the ghee seperated the pan

Add some dry fruits and saffron which is mix in half cup of milk

Cook it for 5min and ready to serve.
