Ingredients

  • 250 gmpili mutter
  • 5-6tomatoes chopped
  • 1- carrot(kas ki hui)
  • 1/2 tspGinger
  • 2green chilli
  • 2-3onions
  • 1lemon (juice)
  • 1radish(kas ki hui)
  • as neededHara dhaniya garnish
  • as neededButter
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 spn garam masala
  • 1 spn dal masala
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Sabse pehle mutter ko raat bhar ke liye ya 4-5 hours ke liye mutter ko Paani me daal kar fulne dege.

    Mutter ful Jane par cooker me daal kar Esme Turemic powder and salt daal Kar 3-4 whistle lege.

    Ab ak pan me oil usme Ginger ko kas Kar daale or acche se bhun le add red chilli powder and chopped tomatoes oil chodne tak acche se bhun le

    Ab esme boil ki hui mutter daale or add garam masala and dal masala daal kar mix karein uper se cuta hara dhaniya daale...Serve krte tym Esme kas ki hui radish onion carrot and tomato or lemon juice green chilli and butter daal Kar garma grama kulche ke saath Serve karein... Thanks
