Wash poha & leave aside to become soft.chop all.

In pan take oil, &when hot add tsp mustard, when it crackle add jeera, onions, peanuts, potato curry leaves, &fry on medium flame till potato is cooked.

Then add turmeric, salt &1tsp sugar, mix add soaked poha &mix. Cover & allow one high steam to come.

Sprinkle coriander leaves,& coconut. Serve.
