Cooking Instructions

In a big strainer wash poha, let the extra water drain out

Then add salt, sugar, haldi powder and lemon juice to the soaked poha, mix well and keep it aside

Heat oil in a pan and put peanuts, fry them on low heat until becomes crispy, then take them out in a bowl. Now in the same oil add rai and jeera, let them splutter

Then add chopped potato, cook on low heat, until becomes light brown and crispy

Then add curry leaves, let them roast a little, then add onions, cook for 2 minutes

Now add green chillies and mix nicely

Now add the soaked poha to the onion mixture, cover and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, the poha is ready

Take out the ready poha in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander and bhujia
