Ingredients

  • 2 cupspoha
  • 2chopped onions
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped boiled potato
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • some curry leaves
  • 1/2 cuppeanuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and strain poha.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Put mustard seeds and curry leaves.

  4. 4

    Put chopped onion and all vegetables.

  5. 5

    Stir well.

  6. 6

    Mix salt and turmeric powder.

  7. 7

    Add poha and stir well.

  8. 8

    Garnish with peanuts.

  9. 9

    Pack in tiffin.
