Rinse tomatoes, jalapeno and cucumber.

Chop the onion and pour it in large bowl, also thinly chop the cucumbers, diced the tomatoes, also finely and thinly chop the jalapeño.

Mix then all together then drizzle the vinegar.

This we serve it as a cold salad.
