1 1/2 cupniblets corn
4 cupBoston lettuce, coarsely chopped
1/3 cupParsley, chopped
2 eachGreen onions, chopped
1 cloveGarlic, minced
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper
3 tbspBalsamic vinegar
2 tbspOlive oil
2 can7 oz white tuna, water packed, drained and flaked

In a large bowl, combine asparagus, potatoes, and corn

Add tuna, lettuce, parsley and green onion

To make dressing, in a small bowl, combine garlic, salt, pepper and vinegar. Whisk in oil.

Toss salad with dressing. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary
