Mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate powder.

Refrigerate mixture for 15 minutes or until firm.

Roll mixture into small balls. If it feels too sticky add a dash more confectioner sugar.

Roll the balls into the sweet chocolate powder so that they are completely coated. Put on a plate and place back in the refrigerator to firm up again.

Take out of refrigerator and roll balls in chocolate powder one more time before serving.
