In my state Odisha this auspicious occasion is celebrated as PANA SANKRANTI.....means a delicious drink which is prepared and offered to the SUN God. This day Sun moves from southern hemisphere of the Earth to northern, so we call this Uttarayan .

Grind all ingredients except kaju, pista, badam.

Adjusting milk to bring consistency according to your liking.

Garnish with chopped kaju pista and badam

Now the heavenly and holy drink is ready to offer the SUN God who will bless each and every one with good health.

Note..... you can add fruits finely chopped.
