Soak rice and daal for 15 mins then in a pan put 5 to 6 cups of water and let it boil

After boiling put daal and rice in it with salt,hing let it cook.

When khichdi is cooked take tadka pan put ghee and jeera when jeera started crackle put it in the khichdi.

For boondi raita- soak boondi in little water then put it in curd put salt,roasted jeera powder,red chilli powder.

Till laddu- cooking time 10 mins

Ingredients- 1 1/2 cup sesame seeds,1 1/2 cup jaggery,1 tbsp ghee,1/4 cup roasted crushed peanuts,1/2 tsp cardomom powder

Method- dry roast sesame seeds in a pan on slow flame

Heat the ghee in a pan,add jaggery,mix well and cook in a slow flame.

Add the sesame seeds,peanuts and cardomom powder,mix well and cook for 1 min,transfer the mixture into a plate and allow it cool slightly.

Wet your palms with little water,take a small portion of the mixture and shape into a round ball.
