Heat your pan, add the butter and the garlic pepper. Stir to combine flavours

Slice the onion, and add to the frying pan. Stir until onions are covered in the butter mix and put a lid on it. Put the heat on medium and let it cook for 3 to 5 mins

Open the lid. Add the eggs and stir vigorously. Season with the salt and paprika and stir constantly on high heat for 30 seconds to a minute

Add the spinach and cook until spinach is wilted(or half wilted depending on your preference) for quicker results put a lid, and lower the heat to medium so as not to burn the eggs.

Plate the eggs and now to prepare the toast

Butter one side of the bread slices and place in a pan on medium heat.

Flip when the first side is toasted to your liking

Remove from the pan when the second side is toasted to your liking

Plate up and eat
