1/2 cupBrown Sugar
2 tbspButter
1/2 tspVanilla
1/2 tspRum
1Assortment Dippers: fruits, pound cake, marshmallows, vanilla wafers, biscotti, doughnuts. any kind of plain cake/cookie/wafers.

In a small saucepan, mix the cream, brown sugar and butter.

Heat up over medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring.

Let the mixture thicken for about 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into your warm fondue pot.

Add the vanilla and rum, mix well.

Dip bite size pieces of various dippers.

Note: Feel free to add more rum to taste.
