  2. 1/2 cupbake smoke chinese ham chip (kwai fah yoke)
  3. vegetarian
  4. 1 largecarrot grated
  5. 1 cupshreded napa cabbage
  6. 1/2 cupshimeji mushroom
  7. 2 sliceeach mix pepper
  8. 1/2 tbsplight soy sauce
  9. 1 1/2 cupstock
  10. 1 dashwhite pepper
  11. 1 dashsessme oil

Steps

  1. 1

    with little oil sautee carrot for 1 minute then add cabbage and stock bring it to a boil then turn to low

  2. 2

    add shimeji mushroom , mix pepper and light sauce

  3. 3

    add light sauce anf pepper and sesame oil simmer for 1 minute then serve

  4. 4

    optinal top garnish
