2 candiced green chiles (4 ounces)
3/4 cupfrozen corn (thawed and patted dry)
4scallions
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cupmilk
6egg whites
4eggs
1 packagestaco seasoning

preheat oven to 400°F. coat 6 ounce or 4 10_ounce ramekins with Pam.

equally divide green chiles, corn, and scallions among the ramekins. top each with cheese. whisk eggs milk and taco seasoning together. divide and pour in ramekins.

bake about 25 minutes or until tops begin to Brown and eggs set.
