Steps

Boil the chicken,with curry,thyme,salt,Seasoning,mixed spice and onion.

Parboil the rice for 10minutes.

Wash the rice and boil it again with salt,curry and only the chicken stock no water.boil for 5minutes.

Wash and cut the carrots,cucumber and cabbage mix with mayonise.

Cut another spring onion,carrots,green pep per and green peas.

Heat up vegetable oil and put in the sliced onion,green pepper,carrots,spring onion,.

Pour in the rice inside the fried vegetables and salt to taste.simmer for 2minutes and is ready.

Fry the chicken in a hot vegetable oil for 4minutes.turn both sides to fry well.fry till is brown
