One thing about this sauce is that you can use it to eat varieties of food like fried plantain, white yam, white rice, porridge beans etc. Its yummy like that.
Steps

Wash and dice tomatoes, onions and fresh pepper.

Pour groundnut oil into a deep frying pan and leave till it starts sizzling, add onions and fry a bit, then add fresh tomatoes and pepper and fry. Remember not to over fry the tomatoes.

Add seasoning cubes, seasoning powder and salt, then stir.. Bring down after two minutes.

Wash and cut green vegetable.

Wash and boil fish with onion, salt and seasoning cube. Add crayfish and boil till it cooks. Add the the green vegetable to the fish and stir the mixture together while still on fire and cook for 1minute. Turn off heat from the mixture of fish and vegetable.

Then mix both the fried tomatoes with the green vegetable and fish. you can still cook mixture for 1minute or leave it. Serve piping hot with fried plantain or white rice etc.
