Two basic ingredients

Heat a pan and put jaggery
- 3
Cook on low heat, after a while it will start melting

When it starts boiling, add baking soda. Mix vigorously..

Grease a plate or clean platform with little ghee/oil and immediately transfer the gud gatta material on it

Don't touch it as it's very hot.. allow it to spread itself (don't touch with anything) and let it cool completely

It's ready.. see it's so porous and light

Now make it's pieces and munch on any time any.. where..
