Steps

Sift your flour in a mixing bowl.

Beat your one egg and add vanilla essence. Set it aside.

In your flour, add in your margarine n mix thoroughly using your clean sanitized hands.

Add your egg mix into your flour n margarine dough and continue kneading till you attain the desirable consistency which should be not hard n not very soft. The dough should not stick to your hands when ready.

In a floured surface, roll your dough as you turn both sides. Its supposed to be smooth and medium in size.

Using cookies cutter, cut it to your desirable shape n size depending on the size n shape of your cutter.

Once done, transfer them to your greased baking tray and put them in your oven set at 170 0C.

Bake for 10- 15 mins or till they turn to golden brown.

Once ready, remove n let them cool for 10 mins ready to be served with your preffered beverage or drink.
