1/4 cupJaggery
2 tbsplight soya sauce
4 tbsppeanut oil, divided
1/2 tspginger paste
1/2 tspgarlic paste
1/2 tsponion paste
1 tspSesame seeds
to tasteSalt
Pinchblack pepper

Mix all the ingredients except chicken.

Grease abaking tray with 2 tbsp oil. Place the chicken.

Now pour the mixture over the chicken evenly.

Cover the tray with an aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degree.

Uncover the pan, pour the sauce all over the chicken and bake for another 20 minuted uncovered or till the sauce thickens.
