Ingredients

1 bowlCurd
3/4 bowlchopped Mogri
1/2 teaspoonChilli ginger paste
1/2 teaspoonsugar powder
as per tasteSalt
2 teaspoonchopped coriander

Steps

In a bowl add curd and Mogri
2

Add salt, sugar powder, chilli ginger paste and coriander leaves

Mix everything well.

Keep mixing for one minute
5

Refrigerate the raita for one hour before serving
6

Serve with paratha or pulao or as an accompaniment
