Ingredients

  1. 1 stickbutter
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 6mini bell peppers
  4. 1/2 cupflour
  5. 1 canlight beer
  6. 2 cupsheavy cream
  7. to tasteWhite pepper, cajun seasoning,
  8. 15oz.canof chicken breast meat
  9. 1 cancelery soup
  10. 1 cancream of chickensoup
  11. 2cancheddar cheese soup
  12. 1 bagcooked broccoli
  13. to tasteSalt and pepper
  14. 4 cupshot water to 4 Tablespoon of chicken base

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute onion and pepper in stick of butter. Stir in flour til incorporated. Add can of beer. When no fizz add cream and seasonings.

    Then add all cans of soups, chicken and broccoli. Let simmer and serve. Enjoy!!
