Take a pan dry roast peanuts within 5 minutes

After cool peanuts rub with your hands remove outer skin also split peanuts.

Melt jaggery with water continu to boil until you get 2 string consistency. it takes 6,7minutes
add peanuts mix well in low flame another 1 minute and switch off the flame. - 4
Take a steel plate or teen grease applying ghee and pour the mixture into the plate.

Spread evenly all over the plate
Allow it to cool.Cut as you desired still it's slightly hot.allow it to cool down to room temparature.Winter special Peanut Chikki is ready.enjoy
