Boil milk properly.

When it will start to leave bubble switch off the flame.

Make it cool for 5 mins & then add vinegar to make curdle.

Drain excess water from paneer but don't make it too much dry.

Now make some mini pink balls using a pinch of red colour.

Now take some paneer, put 1 pink ball inside it & cover it.

Make proper rasgulla without any crack.

Heat gur with 1 cup water.Add all the paneer balls & boil it in high flame for 15 mins.

Your yummy rasgulla is ready.You can serve it hot because it's good for health.But for better taste you can make it cool & then enjoy.
