
Crispy Soy Ginger Tofu
Amazing texture and great flavor!
Steps

Press tofu to remove liquid

marinade: combine soy, ginger and cayenne
- 3
add tofu to marinade, refrigerate at least 30 minutes
- 4
combine s&p with cornstarch and toss drained tofu in it, reserving marinade.

heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan or wok
- 6
fry tofu until its crispy, at least 5-7 minutes, while gently stirring
- 7
drain on papertowels to remove any excess oil
- 8
serve with any stir fried veggies, rice or stir fried noodles
- 9
Enjoy! (with sriracha, of course)
