Steps

Take a bowl add wheat flour then add salt and oil mix it well.

Add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside for 15min.

Take a bowl add gur then add peanut powder mix it well.

After 15min make ball from the dough then stuf the dough with gur mixture and then flatten it.

Take a pan put puri on it then spread ghee and cook till it golden brown.

Jaggery Stuffed pratha is ready to serve serve it with Namkeen pickle.
