It's a very healthy laddu, combination of poha, date palm jaggery & paneer.
Steps

Take paneer in a plate & mash it properly.

Rinse the poha in cold water till it soften & add sweet curd & a pinch of salt.

Heat 2 tspn ghee in a pan & add poha, crushed paneer & jaggery.

Stir it constantly & when it will start to leave the sides of the pan add some chopped cashew nuts.

Cook it for more 2 or 3 mins.

Switch off the flame & make it cool for 5 mins.

Apply oil in your palms & make laddus from the mixture.
