Steps

Rinse and soak rice in water for 1/2 an hour

Heat oil in a Kadai. Add Jeera. Once Jeera crackled. Add ginger garlic paste. Add onion. Saute it. Add all vegetables. Stir & cook it on slow heat.

Add soaked rice. Add all seasonings. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

Add water in it. Cover the lid. Cook it on medium to slow flame.

Once rice cooked. Turn off gas.

Serve hot with curd or tomato sauce.
