Famous gujarati sweet which is made of wheat flour and jaggery.
Steps

Heat ghee in a thick pan.

Add wheat flour and stir on low flame till flour changes colour and becomes fragrant.

Now switch off gas and keep stirring till mixture cools little.

Add cardamom powder and ginger powder.
- 5
Add grated jaggery when mixture cools little.
- 6
Mix properly till jaggery and flour mix well with each other.

Pour in a greased thali and level with a spatula.

Sprinkle some almond slivers.

Press slightly so that slivers stick on godpapdi.
- 10
Cut with knife into squares.After cooling remove and store in airtight container.
