Wash the sweet potatoes, sprinkle a little salt on it for taste

Pour vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the potatoes till its brown.

Pick a new pot, heat and add a little quantity of vegetable oil

Put your diced onions, pepper, tomatoes into the hot oil and stir

Add your blended garlic and ginger with the spring onions

Put maggi with 3pinchs of salt, stir fry..for 2minutes.

Serve with the fried sweet potatoes
