Ofada rice with snail sauce
Been craving for snail,and i finally ate it.
Steps

Break and wash the snail with alum and warm water till is no slippery.

Blend the haberno pepper but not too smooth.
- 3
Boil the snail with little amount of water,salt for 10minutes.

Fry the haberno pepper with vegetable oil for 3minutes and much stirring.
- 5
Add the snail and fry top up the vegetable oil is need be.
- 6
Add the seasoning then salt to taste.

Parboil the ofada rice,drain rhe water and boil with salt.
- 8
Boil the rice till is soft and done.
- 9
Wash and cut the yellow bell pepper,scoope in the sauce and serve with the ofada rice.
