Slice plantain and sprinkle salt on it.

Fry in vegetable oil till is brownish.flip both sides to fry.

Break eggs in a bowl,whisk for 30seconds till is foamy.

Add salt.slice onion

Heat up the vegetable oil,add the chopped onion,curry then pour in the egg and fry for 2 minutes.
