Marinate the boiled eggs with salt turmeric and chilli powder for 5 minutes..

Heat mustard oil in a kadhai..add eggs and cauliflower florets in it..stir it for 2 to 3 minutes..keep it aside.

In the same oil add bayleaf onion ginger garlic paste..

Add turmeric chilli powder and salt in it..add chopped tomatoes..

Stir it..cook the masala in a slow flame for 5 to 6 minutes..

Add eggs cauliflower and boiled potatoes in it..

Cook it in slow flame for another 5 minutes.add little water in the masala if required..

Cover it with a lid.

Add 1 1/2 cup water.let it boil for 3 minutes..

Add ghee and garam masala..

Garnish with coriander leaves.and serve hot with boiled rice.
