Ingredients

  1. 700 gramsboneless chicken breast
  2. 1 tspchile powder
  3. 1 tspcoriander seeds, ground
  4. 2 tbsplime juice
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 1 tspgrated fresh ginger
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 2/3 cupyogurt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken into 2cm cubes.

    Thread onto short skewers.

  3. 3

    Put skewered chicken into a shallow non metal dish.

  4. 4

    In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, coriander, salt, lime juice and oil.

    Pour over skewered chicken and turn to coat complety in marinade.

    Cover and refrigerate 6 hours.

  7. 7

    Heat grill. Place skewered chicken on grill rack and cook 5-7 minutes, turning skewers and basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
