Clean potatoes and boil until softened but still solid (approx. 8-11 minutes)

Extract potatoes and place in pan of Goldwater for easy handling

slice potatoes into halves and baste with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper

bake potatoes face down for 8-10 minutes until brown with crisp skin

mix sour cream butter chili powder salt pepper garlic and red peppers in a blender until liquefied

Carefully scoop potato outgoing a spoon and set the insides in a bowl.

Place skins back in theorem for 2-4 minutes to crisp

mix liquid ingredients with potato meat

Pour mixture back into potato skins and bake for 2-4 minutes until brown on top
