Mix all the ingredients well.

Make a stiff dough.

Divide into equal size of small balls.

Roll them and dip them in cornflour mixed in 4 tbsp of water.

Fry them three or four at a time in a 'high hot'oil.

Serve and eat crispy and healthy veg roll.
