Ingredients

4servings
  1. 2 cupsWheat flour. Besan 1 tbsp
  2. 1Grated radish
  3. Salt
  4. 2Green chillies chopped
  5. 1 tspDhania. jeera pdr each
  6. Red chilli pdr and Aamchoor 1/2 tsp each
  7. Coriander 2 tbsp chopped
  8. Ghee to make parathas

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Squeeze grated radish.

  2. 2

    Mix in all the ingredients and make a dough.

  3. 3

    Make equal balls.Take one ball,roll it with the help of dry flour.

  4. 4

    Shallow fry it on a greased griddle in 1 tbsp of oil.

  5. 5

    Eat with curd.
