Ingredients

10 mins.
10-15 servings
  • 4 cupscheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz.cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 8 oz.jarred pimentos, drained
  • 1 tsp.garlic powder
  • 1 tsp.onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp.smoked paprika
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

10 mins.
  1. 1

    Use hand mixer to blend cheddar and cream cheese for 1-2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add mayonnaise and stir.

  3. 3

    Add dry seasonings and stir.

  4. 4

    Fold in pimentos and chill 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve with minitoasts, crackers, or pita chips.
