4 cupscheddar cheese, shredded
16 oz.cream cheese, softened
1 cupmayonnaise
8 oz.jarred pimentos, drained
1 tsp.garlic powder
1 tsp.onion powder
1/2 tsp.smoked paprika
to tasteSalt and pepper

Use hand mixer to blend cheddar and cream cheese for 1-2 minutes.

Add mayonnaise and stir.

Add dry seasonings and stir.

Fold in pimentos and chill 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve with minitoasts, crackers, or pita chips.
